SERGEANT IS TOP OF THE CLASS!

SERGEANT IS TOP OF CLASS! Over the past week Sergeant Lauren Morton from 352 (Burnley) Squadron bhas attended the Adult Training Facility (ATF) at RAFC Cranwell to undertake the Senior Non Commissioned Officer Staff Initial Course (SSIC). Whilst on the course Sergeant Morton undertook instruction in key areas such as health and safety, safeguarding and security alongside developing the key skills of instructional techniques, drill and uniform preparation. The course culminated with a graduation at ATF in which Sergeant Morton was awarded the award for Top Student which was presented to the individual who in the opinion of the directing staff achieved the highest standards in all aspects of training.
